Unique Perspectives is a problem solving consulting firm.  UP currently specializes in Information Systems Design and Engineering, implementation, and operations.  UP is a partnership that focuses on our clients requirements.  UP typically solves our clients' problems with a combination of Information Systems (IS) hardware consulting, software consulting, WAN and LAN network consulting, systems integration, systems implementation, configuration, administration and operational assistance.  UP serves Mississippi and Tennessee with an office outside Memphis TN and another office in Natchez MS.  UP sells major brand computer hardware and software at prices at or below catalog prices.  UP provides onsite computer solutions consultants that will provide services from assistance on projects to full system operations.  UP provides Internet web hosting, Internet e-mail services, Internet domain name registration and DNS servers at competitive prices.  UP partners have certifications and education for several specialized products including Windows 2000, IBM hardware, Compaq, MCE.

SERVICE OPTIONS

 

BASIC SERVICE

 

·  Service Fee of $75 per hour

 

·  Service Fee of $95 per hour for Advanced Skill services

 

·  Critical calls:  on-site, best effort; minimum 3 hour service fee

    Ex:  server down, network down, or all printers down

 

·  Non-critical calls:  on-site, scheduled as required

   Ex:  one workstation down, or one printer down

 

·  Service as available during normal business hours, M-F

·  Retainer fee of $200 per month plus applicable Basic Service Fee

 

·  Minimum contract period of 12 months

 

·  Retainer fee due in full at start of contract period

 

·  Critical calls:  on-site within 4 hours of telephone contact

 

·  Non-critical calls:  on-site, scheduled as required

 

·  Service available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, including holidays
